Acceptable Use Policy
UseMy is designed for AI coding users who need controlled testing, demos, and small-scope validation of local apps. It is not a platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or production services that require compliance review.
Purpose and limited use
UseMy provides relay and publishing tools for testing AI-coded apps with limited audiences. UseMy does not review, certify, host, endorse, operate, sell, or assume responsibility for any application, content, transaction, claim, output, data flow, or user interaction published through the service.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for every app, domain, file, page, API, database, model output, payment flow, user interaction, and third-party right involved in what you publish. You must have all required rights, permissions, notices, licenses, consents, and legal basis before sharing anything through UseMy.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use UseMy for illegal activity, hacking, unauthorized access, exploit delivery, vulnerability scanning against systems you do not own, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive commerce, harassment, doxxing, surveillance, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, child safety abuse, sexual exploitation, hate or violent extremism, evasion of law-enforcement controls, or any activity intended to harm users, networks, devices, services, or third parties.
Enforcement and risk controls
We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, remove a store listing, make an app private, disable public access, suspend or block an app, throttle traffic, pause or block a relay node, revoke APR keys or paid node credits, restrict an account, terminate access, preserve relevant operational records, or cooperate with lawful requests. We may act without prior notice when we believe there is legal, security, fraud, abuse, operational, or reputational risk. Paid capacity does not waive or limit these controls.
No warranty or liability
UseMy is provided as-is for testing and small-scope validation. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, security, delivery, compatibility, compliance, moderation, revenue, ranking, discoverability, data retention, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseMy and its operators are not liable for damages, losses, claims, disputes, user content, user conduct, published applications, third-party services, or illegal use of the platform.
Sensitive data and regulated uses
Do not publish sensitive personal data, regulated data, payment processing, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, government, education, employment, or other regulated workflows unless you are independently authorized and fully responsible for compliance. UseMy does not provide compliance certification.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a UseMy app is being used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or rights infringement, report it through the official project repository or the official contact channel. Reports may result in immediate risk controls while we review the issue.
